1. What products do you sell?

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. Please note, all COD orders require verification via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
    COD orders may take 1–2 extra days due to verification.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking link. You can use it to monitor your shipment status in real time.


5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch.
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Frequent cancellations may lead to account restrictions.


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
A compulsory unboxing video is required for the return to be approved.


7. How do I request a return or exchange?

Send an email to amvyacompany@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason, and the unboxing video.
For exchanges, this request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


8. Are there any charges for exchanges?

Yes, a flat fee of ₹150 is applicable for exchange-related shipping. The product must be unused and in original condition.


9. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
